Fashion has always been about aspiration. Our challenge was proving that Amazon could play in that world. We built a mass media campaign that put Amazon Fashion in the same editorial conversation as the industry's most prestigious names — shooting with top models, stylists and photographers to show the fashion community we meant business.

The biggest barrier to buying fashion online was simple: what if it doesn't fit? Prime Wardrobe eliminated that friction entirely. Try before you buy — keep what you love, return the rest. Free. We removed every obstacle between a customer and her next favorite outfit.
